Job Summary:
Provides custodial and cleaning services to news racks on a route.
Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Job Responsibilities:Completes routine cleaning and maintenance of Clear Channel structures and sites. Tasks may include:Painting poles, aprons, or other product presentation.Operating a forklift and driving a company truck.Performing general structural maintenance and repairs.Completing light branch facility maintenance, cleaning, carpentry, painting, repairs (e.g., lighting, plumbing), and preventative maintenance.Working safely in accordance with federal, state, local regulations as well as company policy.Using company-issued equipment/systems to read work instructions and input data upon completion of the jobs.Assisting in Mill Shop with 3D or other large projects.Disposing of trash/garbage in accordance with facility and community schedule, accepting and transporting deliveries, assisting in inventory control, providing back-up in emergency safety situations, and other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.Work Experience:1+ years experience in a similar role.Skills:Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.Proficient in listening and oral communication skills; can read & speak English.Able to work independently and in a team environment.Highly disciplined with the ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.High work standards and attention to detail.Able to competently complete appropriate documentation and reports.Able to operate hand and minor electrical tools in a safe and effective manner.Able to competently complete required math calculations (e.g., add, subtract, multiply, divide).Competencies:Time Management:
