Collaborate with Product to understand and gather requirements.Conduct user interviews.Define personas, user journeys, and task flows.Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness.Experience working with complex interactions (management-level dashboards, reporting).Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively articulate interaction and design ideas.Proficient with InVision tool.Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch – Good to have.Experience creating design systems.Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and technology teams.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.Experience working across Agile/Scrum and Lean UX.Work efficiently with cross-functional teams.Should have knowledge of accessibility and strategize conforming solutions.Process Skills:
Should have worked in Agile projects.
