If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.We provide “hydration for the human race” by building cutting-edge Active Hydration systems for active people doing active things.Born in Motorsports & Powersports, our products are now relied on by winning NASCAR, IndyCar, Trophy Truck, and other professional racing teams.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Designer to lead the design and growth of our wearable consumer product and its associated health and wellness app. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, a deep understanding and practice of UI/UX principles, and a passion for creating products that improve users' lives.What You Own:

UI/UX Design:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our wearable product’s and health and wellness app.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.Collaborate with the engineering team to implement designs and ensure high-quality user experiences.

User-Centered Design:

Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the end user in all product decisions.Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.Develop personas, user journeys, and experience maps to guide the design process.

Data-Driven Design and Decision Making:

Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and measure the success of design solutions.Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.

What You Bring:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus or relevant years of experience.Experience:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on wearable technology or health and wellness products. Proven track record of designing and launching successful consumer products with a strong focus on UI/UX.Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to inform product decisions.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.Familiarity with agile development processes.
