This is an ideal opportunity for a professional looking to bring their content strategy, project management and technical writing skills to advance the learning experience within one of the fastest growing organizations.Key Job Responsibilities

Author storylines and create storyboards and scripts, in partnership with subject matter experts (SMEs).Produce training materials and content, including online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio, animation), and/or other training materials.Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, and work efficiently across time zones.Create, maintain and improve the curriculum and learning content to ensure that delivery partners and delivery associates are receiving the right materials to enable them to be successful in their jobs.Partner with global stakeholders and SMEs to source materials, and re-imagine interactive and engaging digital learning experiences.Draft, design, create and deliver quality, on-brand training materials, raising the bar for creative and effective education methodologies.Produce training materials and contribute to the overall global learning strategy.Minimum Requirements

3+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsAt least 5 years of instructional design experience using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar to create digital learning including Animation, Film and Graphics.3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
