Product Manager, Hotel UX

In This Role You Will Get ToLead product development initiatives using user research and competitive research.Continuously instrument and manage new A/B tests designed to improve metrics like conversion rate, next page conversion, engagement, cancel rate, customer service contact rate, etc.Identify insights and drive opportunities to grow our business – connect with travelers to understand their problems.Analyze usage of our product, understand competitor offerings, align with internal critical initiatives and partner needs.Define product specifications, establish landmarks, and manage design, development activities for a cross-functional scrum teams of 3-6 people, and be accountable for delivery of product by these teams.Get into the details. We are a lean team and there is no job too big or too small. Some time you will spend planning for the next quarter, and other days you will be diving into database records or inspecting API responses to help the development team troubleshoot an issue. We are very hands-on.Who You AreBachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.Humility; a willingness to learn new processes and a desire to grow and learn.Passion for creating differentiated products and user experiences.Demonstrated emotional intelligence for and championing of the user.A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from product specifications, to JIRA tickets, to partner presentations.Experience with Google Analytics and basic SQL is a plus.Illustrated history of living the values vital to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.Unquestionable integrity and ethics is critical.Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $115,000- $145,000K USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
