This role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners, managing brand campaigns, project launches, and internal and external events and programs. You will be instrumental in driving high-impact marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including developing timelines, managing budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.As a key marketing team member, you will manage external creative agencies, collaborate with internal leaders, and liaise with production/post-production vendors. This role requires excellent project management skills across project lifecycles, improving processes and workflows, and a commitment to enhancing employee, customer, and partner satisfaction. Strong leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work alongside our Marketing team to guide and track marketing programs against business OKRs and KPIs.Key Responsibilities
RFP Response:
Oversee regional marketing and project pursuit efforts, including writing and development, process optimization, documentation, and timely responses.Strategic Campaign Leadership:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with Cochran's brand values and business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing peers, project executives, project managers, and customer service teams to create cohesive strategies.Digital Marketing Expertise:
Manage digital marketing efforts such as SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing to boost online presence and engagement.Analytics and Insights:
Use data-driven approaches to inform strategies, evaluate campaign performance, and identify improvements.Brand and Messaging Oversight:
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and materials. Lead the creation of engaging marketing content for target audiences.Resource and Budget Management:
Manage resources and budgets effectively to ensure efficient marketing operations.Requirements
Marketing Knowledge:
Strong grasp of contemporary marketing practices, mainly digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.Industry Familiarity:
Knowledge of the electrical, technology, or AEC sectors to craft relevant and impactful strategies.Customer-Centric Mindset:
Focus on understanding and addressing customer needs in marketing efforts.Design and Creative Proficiency:
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience:
5+ years in marketing project management, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing department.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.Marketing Automation Tools:
