Sr. Marketing Manager, Client Solutions , to lead and manage our bid and proposal operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring high-quality and competitive bids that align with our strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and design to drive excellence in proposal development and client-facing sales tools to enhance our market position.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Leadership & Management:

Direct and manage the bid and proposal center, including a team of marketing managers and graphic design professionals.Develop and implement strategies to streamline the proposal process and improve efficiency.Foster a collaborative environment, providing guidance and support to the team.

Proposal Development:

Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.Coordinate with various departments (sales, marketing, design) to gather and integrate necessary information.Review and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with client needs.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and maintain a proposal strategy that aligns with I3 Group's business objectives and market positioning.Analyze bid requirements and develop winning strategies tailored to each opportunity.Support sales initiatives and provide sales presentation support.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform proposal development.

Process Improvement:

Implement best practices for bid and proposal management, including tools and technologies to enhance productivity.Evaluate proposal outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve processes and documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposal strategy and objectives.Manage relationships with external partners and subcontractors as needed.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic marketing role.
