The PositionKaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC, is seeking an Education Services professional to liaise with and assist our internal education services staff. You will perform editorial tasks for print and digital materials that are used by our internal teams, as well as client nurses, physicians, medical record coders, and others. This content plays a meaningful role in the success of our client engagements.

A high degree of professionalism and excellent organizational skills are required. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, effectively prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail in your work and be flexible when new information is introduced. In addition to proven professional expertise, highly polished written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:

Three or more years of experience proofreading and editing medical contentExpertise in English grammar and syntaxAbility to consistently apply multiple formatting preferences and standards across teamsAbility to meet deadlines, support multiple projects, and track key deliverable dates in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Must be familiar with Slide Master functions in PowerPoint

Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and course authoring tools a plusApplicants for employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kaufman Hall (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)Education
