We are proud of our flagship brand, Hatfield, and other emerging brands like Premium Reserve and Farm Promise. As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to align our brand goals with our retail partners and drive innovative retail solutions.Key Responsibilities :Annual Marketing StrategyDevelop and align the annual retail marketing plan with brand and customer strategiesCollaborate with the retail sales team to set marketing goals and volume targetsDefine marketing tactics that support our strategic objectives and communicate these clearly to stakeholders

Performance MonitoringTrack, analyze, and report on marketing performance versus planManage external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetMeasure campaign effectiveness, share insights, and optimize to boost ROI

Strategic LeadershipLead the strategic planning process to drive brand and private label growthGenerate actionable insights on products, consumers, and the competitive landscape in the retail channelBuild and maintain relationships with marketing and advertising touchpoints of key customersOversee category-specific brand positioning, including product innovation pipelines

Execution and CollaborationLead cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies and product launchesWork with Category Management and Insights to conduct consumer researchSupport the retail sales team in creating opportunities with key customersManage customer-specific marketing programs, ensuring all elements and timings are executed seamlesslyDeliver engaging presentations and product training to support our retail partners

Corporate ParticipationEngage in corporate initiatives, such as training, development, and DE&I sessionsRepresent CFG in industry events and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications :Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally with a customer-focused approachKnowledge of food marketing, consumer behavior, and retail trends (including omni-channel)Strong communication, presentation, and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointWillingness to travel occasionally (5-10%)Positive attitude, team player, and lead by example
