This role is focused on delivering the SneakPeek consumer business commitments across consumer channels and collaborating with various internal and agency stakeholders to accomplish these goals. This leader is responsible for the SneakPeek brand proposition, prioritizing the marketing spend by channel, and leading delivery of both online (amazon, .com, and retailer.com) and brick & mortar success.Our ideal candidate brings passion for the pillars of our culture: collaborative, innovative, inclusive, caring, and committed. At Myriad Genetics, our future is yours to create.Key responsibilities include:Create and maintain the brand value proposition, including voice of customer understanding.Reimagine the brand marketing strategy as retail increases footprint.Reimagine the .com experience to enable omnichannel brand in collaboration with enterprise team.Enable strong omnichannel presence from awareness through conversion.Lead SneakPeek agency partners for effective, efficient delivery for BU-led relationships and partner with enterprise team for digital agency clarity and discipline.Collaborate with agencies and enterprise teams to deliver the business.Determine how to better leverage SneakPeek as entry to other Myriad Women's Health products.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree required; Marketing preferred, or other related business degree4-6 years of marketing experience; must include at least 3 years in consumer marketing with consumer marketing experienceConsumer Marketing experience should include:Marketing of women's health products in any CPG categoryPreferred consumer marketing of products in mass, food, drug, and general online
