DescriptionWe are seeking a Cryptographic Key Management Software Engineer to join our agile team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to support a fast-paced cryptographic key management program. The program follows DEVOPS best practices and employs robust development, test, and production environments. This is an opportunity to work on injecting new technology and adding advanced capabilities to an ongoing mission and operational system. We are offering enhanced incentives including up to a $25K cash sign-on bonus or a paid time off bonus for qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities:Performing software development activities as part of an agile teamParticipating in program increment planning and related team activitiesAnalyzing and studying complex system requirementsProviding software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development processEngineering, authoring, tuning, and documenting automation scripts in a development environmentBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experienceDemonstrated experience with Java and multiple other programming languages and toolsStrong understanding of sound software development principles and practicesAbility to plan and prioritize tasks effectivelySecurity Clearance Requirement:Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with scripting, high-level requirements management, and secure software developmentPrevious experience on Agile teams and with Behavior Driven Development (BDD)Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology is a plus
