We are looking for someone who will collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing/Product Led Growth leads, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Sales, and other relevant teams to develop an understanding of the business and deliver results.

The ideal candidate is a highly driven, growth-minded, and customer-centric future leader who excels at working in a team environment and has strong willingness to learn from colleagues.What You'll DoDrive strategic projects that inform the direction of DC B2B business, including opportunity sizing, customer insights collection, and business trend analysisServe as the voice of DC customers for key product launches and GTM motions, understanding their needs and pain points, and shaping messaging and value prop to drive actionPartner with cross-functional partners to execute on various business and GTM plansWhat You'll Need to SucceedMust be currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025Creative solution-oriented mindset, bringing new ideas and perspectives to solve problemsStrong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and willing to roll up one's sleeves to tackle opportunities head-onAbility to work through ambiguity to deliver impactHighly collaborative work styleGlobal cultural awareness and experience with global teamsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,800 -- $172,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
