Fors Marsh is seeking a motion graphics designer who is ready to elevate their craft and contribute to projects that drive real change. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our creative process, translating ideas into visually stunning animations and digital products across multiple platforms. You'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a significant impact in a collaborative and supportive remote work environment. Responsibilities include:Develop digital creative concepts and strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Generate ideas, storyboards, and visual concepts to effectively communicate the brand message across digital platforms.Create animations for video, digital, and social media applications.Review and provide constructive feedback on digital design work, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives.Collaborate effectively across other disciplines to create cohesive visual experiences.Understand the broader brand and campaign strategy and integrate motion design to enhance the brand's overall impact.Apply knowledge of UI motion and prototypes, ideally with experience in tools like Principle, Figma, Lottie integration, Spark AR, or Unity.Plan, storyboard, and execute visual storytelling through films of varying durations.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience in areas such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing.

3 years of relevant work experience in graphics design, advertising, or marketing.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.Proficiency in animation and video editing software.Expertise in After Effects, with working knowledge of Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator; foundational skills in C4D are a plus.Critical thinking skills.
