Position Overview:We're seeking a talented and thoughtful marketer to join our team as a Marketing Programs Manager. In this role, you will drive demand generation for JLL's expanding suite of technology solutions, specifically within the Property Management Technologies group. With a focus on campaigns and lead generation for JLL's Building Engines technology product line, you will play a critical role in growing our technology business and pipeline through email marketing, industry events, webinars, and website optimization.

This is an individual contributor position where you will report to our Senior Marketing Programs Manager, PM Technologies. We are looking for a motivated marketing professional who is eager to take the next step in their career and make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of email marketing programs via Marketo, including planning and execution of strategic nurture campaigns, template updates, list creation, and moreSupport end-to-end logistics and flawless execution of industry event sponsorships, including event strategy, booth setup, collateral production, shipping, staff management, and pre/post-event activitiesCollaborate with product marketing and content teams on demand generation programsSupport management of BuildingEngines.com website by updating content, graphics, improving SEO optimization, and to driving inbound conversionsCreate and improve website landing pages to align with campaign goals and industry best practicesOptimize the website chatbot (Drift) in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance lead generation, customer experience, and overall website engagementCollaborate with Senior Manager on digital campaign reporting (website traffic, email campaigns, etc.) and analyze conversion data to identify areas for improvementStay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously improve marketing program effectiveness

Requirements and skillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field3+ years of B2B or technology marketing experience, ideally in digital marketing or demand generationExperience in areas such as email marketing, SEO/SEM, building landing pages, and event coordinationHighly creative with an interest in devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivateWorking knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation platform a plusExperience with Salesforce also a plusExcellent organizational, problem solving, project management, and planning skillsStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsTeam-player, positive attitude, eager to do more and help out where neededFoundational knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics / GA4) a plusExperience in creating and optimizing campaigns for Google Adwords, LinkedIn display / InMail a plusExperience using Drift, or similar chat platform for web engagement, extremely helpfulExperience in commercial real estate a plus, but not required
