This is a paid internship; however, the intern must provide their own housing and transportation. Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2025. The internship is located out of our Bloomington, IL

Position Overview:The Marketing Intern will work with the Compeer segment marketing team, supporting all corresponding products and services. You will be exposed to multiple facets of marketing strategies and plan implementation, specifically related to the agricultural and rural lifestyle client portfolios.
Essential Functions:Assisting with graphic and advertising administrative tasks.Putting together media topics.Prepping for photoshoot and video shoots. Helping Marketing Team facilitate the shoot.Supporting brand wellness. Organizing marketing brand stand point.Partner with graphic designers for creative needs.Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working towards completing a Marketing or Ag Business degree OR a related field.Basic-level understanding of agricultural industry, including crops, animals, and machinery.Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Excel and Word.Solid organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills required.Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.Proven ability to demonstrate solid judgment and flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.Who is Compeer Financial?Compeer Financial exists to champion the hopes and dreams of rural America.
