Account Manager - Marketing Agency - Base Salary to 45k/year - Mechanicsburg, PAOur client, a well-established marketing company, is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team! This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with advertisers &/or affiliates. Our client is known to have a fun and laid-back, yet fast-paced and productive atmosphere!Our client is looking for an Account Managerwho has experience and/or a strong interest in marketing or sales. Prior B2B Sales, Account Management, Interactive Marketing experience is a plus! The role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, in their Mechanicsburg office with some flexibility & ½ day remote on Fridays.Responsibilities :Maintain continuous contact with advertisers / affiliates to grow client relationships and achieve their desired sales goalsSet up and manage performance marketing campaignsCollaborate regarding campaign details and restrictions about affiliate promotionWork closely with management to ensure goals are being metManage the onboarding process for new advertisers, including processing contracts and accounting paperwork, and facilitating a smooth setup processProactively learn the industry, advertiser challenges, and ad technology to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and advertisersPossess an active knowledge of performance metrics relevant to current advertisers and active offersPartner with management, sales directors, and affiliate management to drive revenue and improve the advertiser experienceQualifications:A Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is preferred1+ years sales, marketing or media experienceB2B Sales, Account Management, Interactive Marketing experience a plus!Proficient software ability; MS office; CRM helpfulCompensation:Base salary in the 40k – 45k/year rangeUncapped commission structure for sales roles!Comprehensive Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance401k with company matchPTO/ vacationSmall family like atmosphere; focused and fun!
