Job Purpose:

The Document Controls Technician is responsible for the storage, reproduction, and distribution of all technical documents internal to Worley, and document interfaces between clients.

Essential Job Functions:

* Administering the EDMS System* Maintaining a master document list of all in house and supplier documentation showing the later revisions* Issuing documents using the Document Distribution Matrix in accordance Project and Facility requirements* Maintaining, controlling, and posting client standards / specifications / drawings and procedures required for project execution into the EDMS.* Issuing all Fabrication deliverables. This includes internal and external distribution of drawings, specifications, datasheets, etc. in accordance with the Document Distribution Matrix.* Processing documentation issued by the client* Requesting, issuing, and tracking drawing requests for existing drawings* Processing and tracking supplier / contractor / subcontractor data to include Squad Checks both hard copy and/or electronic* Updating the Document Distribution Matrix as required* Processing client submittals* Processing documentation reproduction requests* Reporting* Documenting and distributing project meeting minutes* Routing and tracking electronic and/or hard copy supplier Squad Checks (meetings and sequential routing)* Filing and maintaining reviewed electronic and/or hard copy supplier / contractor / subcontractor data and Squad Check copies* Transmitting supplier / contractor / subcontractor data to supplier / contractor / subcontractor, client, and Project Team* Archiving and Closeout of projects* Maintaining turnover packages

Minimum Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in document control processes* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat* High School diploma or equivalent
