Position Overview

The Salesforce UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences on the Salesforce platform. This role involves conducting user research, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

User Research and Analysis : Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze data to inform design decisions.

Design and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Salesforce applications. Ensure designs are user-friendly and meet business requirements.

Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

Usability Testing : Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Ensure the final product is intuitive and accessible.

Branding and Styling : Apply branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all Salesforce applications.

Documentation : Create detailed design documentation, including user flows, design specifications, and guidelines to support development and implementation.

Accessibility and Inclusion : Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelors Degree

Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with Salesforce.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Salesforce UX Designer certification is preferred.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
