Product Marketing Manager

to lead the execution of our vision for AI innovation, driving awareness and revenue growth for Genesys AI. This role will focus on working cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives that include both new customer acquisition and the expansion of current customer accounts. The successful candidate will drive these initiatives, manage project milestones, and collaborate across teams to maximize impact and scale.Key Responsibilities:Develop Go-to-Market Strategies : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive go-to-market plans, including audience targeting, value proposition development, and post-launch execution.

Data-Driven Insights : Lead data-driven investigations to uncover growth opportunities within the sales funnel and customer lifecycle.

Demand Generation : Partner with campaign marketing to design and implement full-funnel strategies that drive awareness and demand.

Project Management : Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and collaboration skills to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Sales Enablement : Develop tools such as sales decks, solution briefs, white papers, videos, blogs, and webinars to empower the sales team.

Voice of Customer (VoC) : Lead customer immersion programs to gather insights via market research, advisory boards, and close collaboration with sales and customer success teams.

Presentations and Events : Deliver compelling presentations at leadership meetings, industry events, webinars, and trade shows.

Reporting and Planning : Facilitate marketing planning and lead monthly reviews, focusing on key success metrics and performance.

Qualifications :Experience : 4+ years of enterprise SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a multi-product environment.

Domain Expertise : Strong background in B2B growth marketing, with a focus on full-funnel strategies and activations.

Core Skills : Mastery of core product marketing functions, including messaging, positioning, audience segmentation, sales enablement, and market research.

Leadership : Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams, particularly in collaboration with product management, sales, and operations.

Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting effectively to senior leadership and external audiences.

Project Management : Ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep projects moving forward under pressure.

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.$73,050.00 - $143,350.00
