Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide World-Class Service
Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine the approach needed to expand sales revenue
Meet with new and prospective customer base directly
Develop and maintain strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing team
Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service
Answer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information
Manage designated territories efficiently

Basic comprehension of marketing and sales methods
Ability to prioritize well and tackle challenges enthusiastically
Organized with the ability to exceed deadlines, and completion of tasks and projects assigned
