Manager, Creative Services

leads video and photography teams responsible for delivering creative that meets communications business objectives. The goal is to find creative ways to build brand trust and loyalty within internal and external audiences, as well as achieve the greatest reach and shareability through compelling visual storytelling and content. The Manager, Creative Services cultivates a people-first environment where creativity thrives; and establishes strategies that exceed goals for both the Disney Experiences business and content discipline. Provide visionary leadership and help define strategic direction for video producers and photographersOffer creative and team direction for various initiatives, including executive visibility, platform strategy (i.e. YouTube), PR campaigns and other segment and site priorities.Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including social media content producers, photographers and other creatives, ensuring their growth and development.Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements, aligning content strategies with business objectives.Ensure that all creative outputs maintain brand consistency, adhere to quality standards, and resonate with the target audience.Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as needed, ensuring effective partnerships and project delivery.Supervise photography and video projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.Exercises discretion with assigned projects and professional acumen in every interaction.You are creative, nimble, disruptive to the status quo and genuinely optimisticYou offer a fresh perspective and remain laser focused on ROI and relevancyStays up-to-date on social media trends and platforms, to better develop creative and innovative content strategies and campaigns. Platforms include, but not limited to, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum seven years of experience in design production, with three years in a creative leadership roleExperience in social media, content production and/or related digital marketingDeep understanding of design principles, marketing strategies, and creative processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Clear POV and direction on concepts and creative, while remaining flexible and thoughtful with feedback and revisionsKnowledge of emerging trends in content creation and social mediaProven track record of leading and managing a creative team, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and projects.Can formulate a point of view and clearly articulate itA proactive self-starting approach and eager to learnBroad understanding of the role of social media in society today and its application to businessAbility to navigate a complex organizationKnowledge and understanding of social media KPIsEducation

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.#LI-AL3 #DXMediaThe hiring range for this position in California is $112,100 - $150,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
