The Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Director to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This hands-on role requires a strong marketing background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.
What You'll Do:Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growthLead and motivate the marketing team to maximize performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize marketing opportunitiesConduct market research to inform strategiesManage the marketing budget and report on performanceStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesAdhere to Good Manufacturing Processes, Food Safety Standards and related operational proceduresOther projects and duties as assignedSkills & Requirements
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or commensurate work experience4+ years of Marketing leadership experienceProven success in marketing leadership rolesStrategic thinking and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficiency in digital marketing strategiesExperience with market research and analysisWork Environment/Physical Demands:
Office environmentAbility to sit/stand for extended periods of timeAbility to use a computer for extended periods of timeAdditional Information:
Salary Range:
$100k - $150k Annually - Exempt Position

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
