The
Graphic Designer
is responsible for visualizing, creating and maintaining artwork used to support sales to bring awareness and increase orders and profitability for the products we carry. The Graphic Designer provides design services for print, online and digital communications. This role will use creativity to strengthen the Meyer brand and the brands we distribute.
Preferred Experience for Graphic Designer:
Education/Certification(s):
A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related fieldExperience:
3+ years of graphic design experience in a professional settingRequirements for Graphic Designer:
Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud with a concentration in InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPointIn-depth knowledge of digital and press file preparationBasic HTML knowledge is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in spelling, proofreading and the use of proper grammarExcellent planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlinesWilling to learn new thingsHas an attention to detail and a high personal standard of qualityA positive and friendly attitudeWork well independently and with a teamProblem-solver with ability to react quickly to projects to retain a smooth and efficient work environmentBenefits for Graphic Designer:
