About the Team:

AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue and pipeline focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and events. At our core, we're here to support AlphaSense's growth, which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand that's widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand.

About the Role:

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic leader to elevate our internal and executive communications, ensuring clear alignment, engagement, and strategic clarity across the organization. The Senior Director of Internal and Executive Communications will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy aimed at:Shaping AlphaSense's culture by keeping employees informed, engaged, and inspired by the company's mission and vision.Positioning AlphaSense's executives as thought leaders by crafting key messages and narratives that resonate internally and externally, supporting business goals, and enhancing the brand's leadership in the market.

What You'll Do:Lead an internal communications strategy that fosters transparency, engagement, and alignment across all departments; help employees understand the bigger "why" and "how" behind company priorities and decisions, and how it drives our overall mission.Work closely with executive leadership to craft compelling narratives for internal and external audiences, positioning them as thought leaders and amplifying their voice to employeesPrepare executives for public speaking, media engagements, and internal town halls, ensuring they communicate key messages aligned with business goals.Partner closely with stakeholders across People, Finance, Marketing, Revenue, Product, and other departments to enhance employee engagement and reinforce company values through effective communication initiatives.Lead the development of internal newsletters, announcements, and communication materials, ensuring a unified tone and voice; optimize current internal communication channels and explore new and innovative ways to reach and engage a diverse range of internal audiencesSupport change management efforts by providing clear, concise, and inspiring communications during company transformations, product launches, or key initiativesDevelop and implement communication strategies for crisis and sensitive internal issues, advising leadership on transparent and timely messaging.Who You Are:Proven experience (10+ years) in leading internal and executive communications during periods of rapid company growth, transformation, or crisisStrong ability to distill complex business concepts into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.Demonstrated success in developing executive-level messaging and providing communications counsel to senior management teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to capture the voice of the leadership team.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Have a high EQ with the ability to communicate across a broad range of audiences and levels and to build and nurture cross-functional relationships-all with a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and respectBonus: an advanced understanding of the financial services industry and current technology landscape

Base Compensation Range* : $219,000 - $240,000

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
