We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Digital Optimization Specialist - Personal Lines to join our digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital presence through full funnel conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and comprehensive analysis. Other duties may be assigned.Conduct, evaluate, and implement A/B testing throughout Jewelers Mutual's digital presence, covering ad campaigns, on-site landing pages, and other digital platforms to enhance user experiences and conversions.Optimize landing pages, self-quote applications, and personal lines portals through rigorous testing and analysis.Create and maintain user journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.Perform full funnel analysis to identify optimization opportunities and analyze user behavior at each stage of the conversion process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative ideas and share insights with stakeholders.Analyze test results, providing comprehensive reports on outcomes and insights. Share these insights with relevant stakeholders to facilitate discussions on test outcomes and determine next steps.Create and manage briefs for both internal and external creative teams to drive the implementation of improvements.While the primary focus is on optimization, the role may involve some creative design and prototyping for UI/UX and ads.Research, evaluate, and implement AI-driven optimization techniques to enhance digital marketing efforts for personal lines products.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field preferred.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, or a similar role. Experience with VWO, MixPanel and/or UserTesting.com is highly desirable. Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design or UI/UX tools is preferred.Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Creative skills for developing and testing new marketing ideas.Proficiency in A/B testing and familiarity with AI-driven optimization techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
