As a Communications Manager, whether curating, editing, or writing content, your role is to strive to convey complex and technical topics in conversational, relatable language that encourages stakeholders to take action.
Responsibilities:• Develop and evaluate solutions and alternatives with Communication Consultants and Relationship Managers in support of a plan sponsor's communication strategy and the participant experience• Advise business partners on how to most efficiently use resources to achieve goals, demonstrating and enhancing existing content where possible• Manage the content development process for communication and education materials, from creative execution and compliance approval to fulfillment via web, direct mail, email, presentations and digital signage within given timelines
