Job Description

EBG is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs across channels and platforms, support business objectives, and advance brand building. The role will work closely with the VP of Consumer Marketing in leading, developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and implement a fully integrated marketing strategy and lead the end-to-end development across marketing functions (including creative, messaging, merchandising, email, paid media, measurement, and reporting) to support specific partners and marketing objectives that is aligned with Company's goals.Serve as the marketing relationship manager for EBG's top Travel & Entertainment partners and products, including Broadway, Live Nation, Cirque Du Soleil, Concerts and Sporting Events to name a fewDevelop the strategic marketing plans for the T&E partners, along with updates and reporting on new developments with these partnersMeasure and report performance of marketing campaigns and sales to gain insight and assess against goals.Use KPIs from site and email along with sales data to plan out marketing initiatives for strategic partners and keep abreast of performance metrics to make on-demand decisions.Partner with the VP of Consumer Marketing with all aspects related to their responsibilities on integrated marketing, merchandising, CRM, paid media, reporting, and insights.Ability to lead and manage a team of Marketing Coordinators to assist in daily tasksProvide and present feedback and insight on the performance of marketing campaigns to external partners, tracking all elements of performance and working across teams to optimize.Work closely with partner managers to build out quarterly marketing plans for specific partnerships.Conducts research and analysis, translating campaign performance into reports and communication to senior management and key stakeholders. Some of these documents are marketing briefs, competitive analyses, and campaign recap decks.Partner with creative and content teams to create engaging and compelling creative materials to be used across different marketing channels.Partner and collaborate with email team to strategize, build and implement emails based on partner needs and segmentation strategies.Build strategic relationships with partners, key industry players, agencies and vendors.Coordinates approvals through marketing and external partners.Responsible for understanding external partner brands, such as brand logo, brand guidelines, experiences, and activations.#LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or similar discipline5+ years of experience in digital marketingExperience in Entertainment, Travel or Hospitality Industry. Preferred industry experience in Live Entertainment such as theme parks, Broadway, shows or concerts.Digital Marketing in an agency or large-scale e-commerce company a plusKnowledge and experience in the following software/tools:Adobe Creative CloudGoogle AnalyticsExcellent communication skillsAbility to think creatively and innovativelyMust have attention to detail and possess critical thinking and quantitative skillsExperience building complex digital marketing programs, presenting, and reporting on the resultsFamiliarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web and digital design, production, etc.Strong project management skillsStrong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinkingAbility to travel as necessaryExperience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketingAbility to quickly adapt to changeCompensation: $65k - $95k per year

Salary will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
