The Position
Roncelli Inc. is seeking a dynamic and skilled
Digital Marketing Manager
to join our Business Development team. As a key player in driving our company's digital presence, you will be instrumental in enhancing our visibility, growing brand awareness, and generating qualified leads. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing innovative digital campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategies to grow our online community and drive engagement. Collaborate with Creative to gather and create engaging content.Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns on social media to boost Roncelli's visibility and brand presence.Plan and execute email marketing strategies, including quarterly newsletters and internal and external e-blasts, aimed at nurturing relationships and generating leads.Collect and analyze data related to clients, competitors, market trends, and relevant corporate experiences to inform marketing strategies.Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Contribute to the refresh and upgrade of the company website, ensuring it aligns with digital marketing goals.Contribute to implementation of CRM software and integration into existing technology systems.As secondary support, coordinate closely with the Proposal Manager to support proposals (RFPs, RFQs) and assist in preparation of compelling interview presentation materials as needed.About the Company

Qualifications
Required Skills and Knowledge
Associate's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is preferred.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for website updates is preferred.Positive attitude, proactive approach, professionalism, customer-focused, and a team-oriented mindset.Applying for the Position
