We are seeking a versatile Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer to join our team for an initial three-month contract, with the potential to extend it for up to one year. The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level expertise in both instructional design and eLearning development. You should be adept at creating engaging, visually appealing eLearning modules and materials, including responsive PowerPoint presentations, and supporting documents. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Suite is required, and experience in designing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop engaging eLearning modules with a focus on visual appeal and user experience.Create and format visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and learner materials.Develop cohesive instructional materials and supporting documents to enhance ILT sessions.Integrate scenarios, voiceovers, and interactive elements into eLearning modules.Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate content into compelling eLearning experiences.Ensure eLearning content is compatible with our specific LMS and ADA compliant.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eLearning content.Deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development.Proficiency in Articulate Storyline is a must.Strong skills in creating visually appealing and responsive PowerPoint presentations.Experience in designing ILT materials and supporting documents.Solid understanding of SCORM 1.2 standards.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.A portfolio of work demonstrating eLearning and instructional design capabilities is required.
Preferred:Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite).Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, incorporating interactive elements such as drag and drop, rollovers, simple animations, gamified features, and scenarios to enhance learner engagement.
Create and format responsive PowerPoint presentations and instructional materials for ILT sessions, ensuring visual appeal and consistency.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, creative services, and subject matter experts to translate content into effective eLearning and ILT materials.
Ensure all eLearning and instructional materials align with design briefs and adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual design and instructional quality.Conduct thorough testing of eLearning modules to ensure functionality, accessibility, and compatibility across various platforms and devices. Revise based on feedback as necessary.Maintain detailed records of project progress, including version control, feedback received, and changes made to eLearning content.
