The Role
Frank & Eileen is seeking a Global Paid Digital Marketing Manager to join our highly collaborative, nimble and entrepreneurial team. In partnership with internal teams and partner agencies, this role will be an integral part of driving the global expansion, overall growth, and success of our business. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and is accountable for, in partnership with managing agencies, all paid digital channels including, but not limited to, Meta, Google, YouTube and Rakuten. The Global Paid Digital Marketing Manager will understand the company goals and adjust digital strategy accordingly, consistently driving growth across all markets. We are seeking a candidate with strong retail/ecommerce experience, and a mind for strategy, implementation, and measurement.
Responsibilities
Manage paid digital marketing across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, CTV, and affiliate for the US and all expanding international markets.Consistently drive revenue and customer growth with an eye to the best practices to identify, acquire, and retain high quality new customers.Work hand-in-hand with key internal stakeholders, identify new channels and markets that present an opportunity for growth; formulate a plan for success and manage the implementation of the plan while constantly testing, measuring, and optimizing.Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, insights and opportunities that can be actioned upon; brief the relevant teams to implement and measure new tactics, content, initiatives, etc. and adapt quickly to optimize.Provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights that feed back into future strategies.Report on both channel-level and market-level performance, trends, successes, and opportunities.Develop and manage annual paid digital marketing budget across multiple paid channels and markets to ensure optimal performance and ROAS.With the support of the Digital Marketing Coordinator, oversee the management and flawless execution of each external agency; ensure priorities are clear, data is validated, performance is tracked, and goals are achieved.Mentor and develop the Digital Marketing Coordinator.Stay up to date with industry trends, ad formats, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our paid media strategies.Ad hoc projects as needed.Who You Are
4+ years of ecommerce experience is required, with experience directly driving paid media in global markets.Solid understanding of best practices to drive direct response through paid digital marketing with an understanding of specificities by both channel and market.Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data driven with a growth-driven mindset.Passionate about Frank & Eileen, our mission, and fashion.Fashion / luxury experience a plus.Impeccable attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy.Initiative - a self-starter and looks for areas needing improvement.Data driven - experience with Excel / Google Sheets and Slides to analyze and communicate marketing performance; strong acumen for data synthesis.Adaptable - able to work in a dynamic often ambiguous environment.Nimble - able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.Problem solver - with an analytical and inquisitive mind.Detail-oriented - ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities.Team Player - Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment with both internal and external teams.Company-first ambition - Believe in company and teammates first with personal achievement second.
Compensation
Salary Range of $100,000-$120,000
