Qualifications:

This role will directly support the new ways of working enablement through business ownership of the Adobe Workfront tool.Typically assigned projects within the agile program increment schedule, working alongside solution architects and the MarTech organization to solution for organizational and functional business needs.Should be grounded in marketing resource management implementation strategy and continuous improvement and process optimization.Workfront Business Ownership: Onboarding, engagement, and adoption of internal marketers and external agency partners of the Adobe Workfront workflow toolDiscovery with client partners up to executive leadership to gather problem statements and functional requirements, as well as business case review to identify value to organizationWorking within the Agile program increment schedule for epic grooming, enhancement prioritization, backlog management, design, and UAT support with solution architectsIdentify areas of workflow automation through business processes for revenue generating opportunitiesFunctional process mapping inclusive of key roles, artifacts, dependencies, and integration across enterprise for consistent ways of workingCommunications to client partners up to executive leadership on process of program, critical impacts, and other key informationContinuous Improvement and Process Optimization: Identifies trends in process data to optimize workflows and create efficiencies across organizationQualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent experienceAdobe Workfront intermediate to advanced skills; Admin experience preferredAdvanced campaign analytics and performance measurement experienceProcess optimization and continuous improvementAgile operationsCollaborative and the ability to drive changeRequires in-depth experience with technical processes and working within marketing resource management toolsets.Considered an expert within the discipline.Considered a subject matter expert in marketing fundamentals and have experience in driving change.Communication Skills - both oral and written
