We are seeking an
Associate Creative Director, Art
who is passionate about concepting bold, impactful ideas and is ready to grow their craft in a dynamic, non-traditional environment. Key Responsibilities:Drive the creative vision for projects that challenge norms, with a focus on high-concept storytellingDevelop and execute bold, strategically aligned creative ideas, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and meet client objectivesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the quality and innovation of creative output, without the day-to-day responsibility of team managementInfuse projects with cultural relevance and unique insights, contributing fresh ideas to an innovative creative processTake part in high-level creative initiatives with the potential to have your work recognized on notable platforms and submissionsFocus on refining and expanding your concepting skills in an environment designed for creative growthQualifications:
10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience preferredA strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-concept ideas across various media, with a focus on storytelling and craftInterest or experience in healthcare and DTC, with the ability to bring a fresh perspective to these sectors even without specific pharma experienceAbility to independently drive creative projects from concept through execution while collaborating effectively with teamsPassion for pushing creative boundaries and creating work that stands out for its originality and impactStrong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies in a compelling way
