Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Jr. UX Designer to join the team at a global medical device client. This is a short term project and the goal is to create the design/framework for a dashboard containing HR data. The day to day for this role will be focused on working with the stakeholders and analytics teams to understand the requirements. Creating a mockup and wireframes based off their specifications and ensuring the data will be displayed in accordance with the teams guidelines. This is a short term project with the potential for extension. This role is remote with potential to come onsite once a month.
$50/hr to $60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

-4+ years of UX experience
Strong tableau experience
Experience working with HR data
Strong communication skills and experience working with high level stakeholders null
