We are currently seeking a motivated, highly collaborative, patient-centric, and talented marketer for the role of

Associate Director, Consumer Marketing .This role will work with members of the commercial team within an alliance partnership to drive the success of ORGOVYX. This role will be responsible for driving impactful execution of the consumer/patient campaign, messaging, and leading the development of key patient resources that will grow patient brand awareness, drive patient requests for ORGOVYX, and provide patient education for starting and staying on treatment.This is a remote position with periodic travel required for collaboration with key partners. This role will report to the Senior Director, Omnichannel and Consumer Marketing.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPatient Activation:

Lead the development and execution of consumer/patient campaign for ORGOVYX. Responsible for core assets, including online video content and point-of-care materials, to drive strong patient engagement.Messaging Strategy:

Translate brand strategy into patient-friendly content across key touchpoints throughout the patient journey.Patient Education:

Lead the execution and rollout of patient materials for HCP offices, nurses, specialty pharmacies and in-office dispensing pharmacies.Patient Ambassador Program:

Manage the ORGOVYX Patient Ambassador Program and content featuring patient stories.Cross-Function Collaboration:

Cultivate strong relationships and drive collaboration with all cross functional partners including Omnichannel, Patient Services, Market Access Marketing, HCP Marketing, Sales Training, Sales, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, Analytics, Operations, and Market Research.Omnichannel Partnership:

Work closely with the Omnichannel Marketer to ensure the pull-through of digital and social channels.Insights and Data Utilization:

Partner with analytics and market research to understand patient and market insights, optimize marketing tactics, and monitor performance against key metrics.Agency Management:

Manage relationships with agencies to produce deliverables on strategy, within timelines, on budget, and with measurable outcomes.Compliance and Regulation:

Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, coordinating closely with the promotional review committee.This is not an exhaustive, comprehensive listing of job functions as the candidate may perform other duties as assigned. This role may also evolve over time.Key Core CompetenciesExceptional project leadership skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with other parts of the organization.Experience in managing complex projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence without authority across functions and levels.Strong vendor and agency management track record, including resource allocation and budget management.Self-starter who functions well both independently and within a team.Ability to both think big picture and manage execution details, including connecting the dots to identify interdependencies.Education and ExperienceMinimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6-8 years with a Master’s degree), including marketing roles of increasing responsibility.Consumer DTC and/or patient marketing experience required.Prior oncology experience preferred.Co-promotion or alliance experience preferred.Ability to travel as needed for limited in-person collaboration sessions.The base salary range for this role is $172,900 to $216,100. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.Disclaimer:
