This role reports into the SVP, Head of Marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders within and outside of the Marketing organization. Within Marketing, you will work daily with Marketing Leaders and Managers. Beyond Marketing, you will collaborate with other Axos teams, including finance, product, MarTech, IT, operations, and procurement teams. An ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders in a matrixed environment is critical to success.Responsibilities

Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.Manage the creation and data entry of purchase orders and the processing of invoices.Create process documentation for the marketing operations function to ensure understanding across the organization.Maintain a clean database and ensure full compliance with security and privacy requirements for data and access reviews.Independently coordinate marketing and corporate events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.Axos Employee Benefits May Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year).HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits.401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan.Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading.About AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
