As a keyholder in a full-time hourly role, you share responsibility for opening and closing duties, support new employee shift training, and provide leadership in finding solutions for customers. You are expected to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of our brand story and products, customer engagement, and selling. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory receiving and stocking processes, and helping maintain an organized store and back stock.THE FINE PRINTThis role is for the winter season through 3/31/2025 and will have a set start and end hourly full-time date range, discussed during the hiring process based on the individual and team’s business needsFlexible shift times available throughout the weekHoliday paySeasonal gear test allowance and generous employee discountIndustry discounts, winter season bonus potential, and more!Must be able to move around the retail space, move upwards of 50 lbs and occasionally traverse laddersSeasonal, full-time (30+ weekly hours), hourly, non-exempt and reports to the Mountain Studio ManagerEmployee Assistance ProgramOpportunity to extend position beyond the winter season dependent upon individual performance and consistent business need in a part-time capacityHourly Rate: $20-$24 DOEYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and support all opening and closing duties in the absence of ManagersUtilize point of sale (POS) systems to research products and complete transactionsTeam-oriented and able to maintain a positive attitudeWork alongside a team to deliver an exceptional customer experienceMultitask while prioritizing the customer experienceCoordinate same-day response needs to scheduling coverageProvide feedback and guidance with the team to align with store, service, and role expectationsProvide support for in store and off site marketing events and activationsYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills requiredFlexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, holiday season shiftsSelf-starter proactive with tackling daily tasks, handling customer interactions, and communicating with your managers on a daily basisCommitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain StudioComputer proficiency and POS experience, Microsoft Office Suite skills preferredEmail and phone communication skills requiredHigh School Diploma or GED preferredThis job description is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
