About Our Client:
Our client is looking for a proactive individual to join their communications team, assisting with both administrative tasks and customer service functions. This role involves supporting company events, communications projects, and managing front desk duties.
Job Description:
In this role, you will provide key support to the communications team by creating content for internal and external campaigns, assisting with event coordination, and managing customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the communications team in creating content for press releases, newsletters, and campaigns.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating company calendars.
Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to customer emails.
Record and manage customer feedback, ensuring it is documented and addressed.
Help plan and execute events, including logistics coordination and vendor management.
Manage the company’s Lost and Found system, maintaining records of items and assisting customers.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
