Job Description:
The client is seeking an Ads Trust & Safety Policy Analyst for a 6+ months contract position in New York, NY (hybrid onsite).
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce scalable Ads & Shopping policies across multiple geographies.Ensure policy intent is translated in execution.Optimize policy implementation so it can be achieved with efficiency and scale.Manage and resolve escalations from internal and external stakeholders.Explain our policies to diverse internal and external audiences.Arbitrate the policy line where it is grey.Identify escalation trends and provide feedback to strengthen formats, systems, policies, and processes.Identify gaps or conflicts in the existing policy framework, develop scalable solutions, and work to obtain consensus across the organization.
Mandatory:
3 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, communications, cybersecurity, operations, or related fields.Experience in policy enforcement/implementation and understanding of advertising policies.
Skills:
Trust and SafetyPolicy Enforcement or Policy ImplementationAnalyticalAdvertisement
Education:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
