Then this position is for you!Autodesk is on a mission to transform the construction industry and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our product-led growth (PLG) efforts. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you must be thirsty for data, as you'll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing web and product-based experiences. The focus of your efforts will be on identifying opportunities for business growth, designing systems to maximize that potential, and advocating for efficient execution. You will need to work collaboratively to gather the important resources to develop these growth systems, track pilot performance, and expand success through increased channel activity. As part of the Demand Generation team, you will collaborate and work closely with product and content teams, marketing operations, design and web development to ensure success. Radical collaboration and streamlined project management will be required.Location:

Hybrid or Remote; US Northeast regionResponsibilitiesDevelop an understanding of our products & customersBuild new growth systems to meet (and exceed) revenue goalsImprove existing growth systems, web-based experiences and appsCollaborate with program and content owners to improve connected channel activityExperiment continuously to reach team goalsConduct various research to inform growth strategy and tacticsMinimum QualificationsBA, BS or equivalent degree in Marketing or related field5+ years' experience in product or growth marketing roles2+ years experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) programsComfortable with interpreting, analyzing and reporting performance metricsExtremely strong interpersonal skills. Must be thoughtful and metric-driven.Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) Industry desired, but not requiredPreferred QualificationsYou are comfortable leading 'Product-led Growth' (PLG) projectsYou enjoy connecting customer needs with product capabilities, and driving revenue growthYou are an expert with marketing tech, especially tools like Marketo, Mutiny, Pendo, Segment, Looker, Salesforce & Google AnalyticsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $81,600 and $140,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
