Responsibilities:

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Assist in collecting and organizing information to prepare user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables or documents.Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology.Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and nontechnical personnel.Use the standard help compiler to prepare all online documentation (for applications built to run in a Windows environment).Assist in performing financial and administrative functions.An ideal candidate has the following:U.S. CitizenshipBachelor's Degree in a related field.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in this area and must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in preparing and editing documents, including technical documents.Conduct research for applicable standards.
