As a part of the AIA Corporate Solutions Division, the Analyst/ Specialist will report in to the Manager of Sales & Marketing (LIG) and be involved in the creation of worksite/virtual customer events/digital marketing campaigns for AIA Tied Distribution channel to cross-sell Life Insurance to existing insured members of corporate insurance base. This role will also manage an independent group of health and wellness vendors under AIA Flagship employee engagement program “AIA Workplace Wellbeing” to ensure its viability and relevance to the Employee Benefits market. In summary, the candidate will be responsible to develop, monitor and implement growth strategies for Life in Group business to achieve exponential growth.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with multiple parties including Customer & Digital Marketing, Agency Management, Technology, including Group Agency and Group Corporate Solutions offices to drive Life in Group opportunities for the AIA Tied Distribution channel.Create new and multiple (onsite and digital) access strategies for AIA Consultants to engage the employees and dependants of AIA Corporate Customers for cross-sell opportunities of Life insurance.Develop targeted digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with Customer & Digital Marketing to define briefs, communications plan, deliverables, and creative strategy, consider all key strategic inputs to deliver activation and testing plan, so as to achieve higher LIG penetration for AIA Corporate Accounts.Work with internal parties (Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Middle Office etc) to identify corporate accounts with significant number of employees from various distribution channels to develop campaigns/initiatives to gain access to the customer base.Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular reports, providing actionable insights and communicate opportunities for LIG adoption, such as weekly monitoring of LIG events created, conversion of business, value of new business generated etc.Influence the life product mix sold by agents at onsite/webinars events by working with Marketing to develop sales materials and collaborate with Agency Management to develop sales incentives.Work with AIA Premier Academy to develop best practice training program in Life in Group.Collaborate with Agency Management at working level with the Cluster Senior Directors of Agencies and BDMs to communicate and promote new LIG initiatives across the AIA Tied Distribution.Any other projects or tasks as assigned.Job RequirementsForward thinking with a proven track record of successfully bringing next generation products, services and technologies to market and while establishing/maintaining strong relationships by building consensus with peers/partners within and outside the organization.Entrepreneurial, proactive, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.Highly organized and with excellent attention to detail; ability to assist in management reporting and project management is crucial.Ability to work confidently in challenging situations.Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines and pressure.Able to anticipate potential problems and know when to ask for help.A great communicator - via email, by phone and in-person.An excellent negotiator and is resourceful and relentless in trying to get to a solution.Meticulous, service oriented and great teammate.Possess good written and oral communications skills.Strong interpersonal skills & relationship-building.Qualifications RequiredTertiary degree in any field;Minimum two (2) years working experience in the financial industry running marketing campaigns; exposure to the employee benefits/ workplace wellness sector will be advantageous.Expertise in 2 or more of the following areas: Digital Marketing, Brands Marketing, Partners Marketing, Marketing Strategy, CRM, Marketing Research, Analytics Data-driven approach to marketing.Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance products; candidates would need to possess CMFAS M5, M9, HI, BCP, PGI and ComGI certification to be conversant in this role;Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.Believe in better with AIA.
