What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Support client relationship and sales teams by delivering on marketing requests to enhance benefits awareness and employee enrollmentProvide excellent service to partners through effective problem-solving and proactive communicationManage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and collaborationCollect feedback from marketing initiatives to improve processes and programsAssess and report on the performance of client engagement activities, including email campaigns and webinars
What is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 3 years of related job experienceProven project management skills with a results-oriented approachStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesMust be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to high-quality work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing or related fieldsExperience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and print-on-demand systemsFamiliarity with project management applications such as Monday.comAbility to thrive in both team and individual settingsFlexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
