We are also home to EyeMed, the fastest growing vision care company in the United States.EssilorLuxottica’s Wholesale teams deliver the highest quality frames, best-in-class expertise and a deep understanding of products and markets to support our customers and fuel their businesses all over North America.GENERAL FUNCTIONResponsible for managing and executing regional strategies and tactics to support the global ambition for Varilux, Crizal, Eyezen, and Transitions. These should deliver on growth expectations aligned with the individual channels of trade (iECP, National Accounts, Distributors, Managed Care) to create value and ensure global objectives are met. Leads a team to deliver key priorities including development, implementation and maintenance of tactics, tools, and promotions for commercial teams and our customers to drive accelerated branded lens growth. Works with and guides the direct report team in ongoing analysis and development of data-based insights, financial model creation, ROI calculations, and proposing tactical solutions to address various business needs due to the evolving market landscape, customer requirements, consumer behavior, and competitive threats. Acts as key liaison between Global/Corporate marketing teams.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESChampion premium brands internally to make sure the organization understands and integrates all brands into the annual planAlign with Global to integrate new product innovations and technology enhancementsFacilitate alignment with all Channels of Trade (COT), to ensure that effective communication and growth activation plans are in placeOversee the development and execution of targeted programs and promotions, and ensure support is provided for any national consumer promotionsEnsure that effective sales collateral and demonstration tools are available to support the commercial teams and our customers in effectively positioning and detailing premium brandsPartner with internal Centers of Excellence to ensure each brand is positioned correctly in trade media, merchandising, trade show and meeting, and consumer media strategiesGuide Marketing Analytics in identifying insights and propose meaningful solutions to ensure achievement of brand goalsDemonstrate leadership of team members and accountability of managing their activities and career developmentEnsure legal compliance with plans, programs, and promotionsMeticulously track and report on budgetTravel as required to meetings, trade shows, in person trainings, etc.Conduct special projects as assignedBASIC QUALIFICATIONSUndergraduate degree with at least 10 years of work experience in marketing or graduate degree with at least 7 years of work experienceProven track record of success in senior marketing roles -- especially in Commercial, Channel or Product MarketingMinimum of five years of leadership experienceStrong B2B marketing skills with a demonstrated focus in brand building, storytelling, and message development and deliveryA proven track record of analytical skills, including program ROI analysisExcellent written and verbal communicationsAbility to engage with customers to support training, RFP delivery, and product/brand expertiseAbility to handle multiple projects, set priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environmentManage budgets and lead and/or work in cross-functional groupsAbility to influence change within the organization at all levelsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to travel up to 25% of the timePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in ophthalmic/healthcare/medical devices or relevant B2BPrior work with sales and cross-functional teamsEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
