Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.The OpportunityReporting to the CMO, the Content and Creative Director will be instrumental in building the Lingo brand, and shaping our narrative as we define a new category within consumer health. Working in partnership with cross functional teams across marketing, product, finance, and operations, this person will build and lead a cross functional team responsible for developing creative strategies, systems, and ideas across all owned and paid channels. This role requires deep understanding of brand and content strategy as well as design systems and UI/UX.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership: Lead, nurture, and inspire a creative team across design, copy, content, and strategy, encompassing both FTEs, contractors, and vendor / agency partners. Attract and recruit new and diverse talent.Thought Leadership: Set the vision for the long term internal creative organization that helps to set the creative standard for marketing work across Abbott, from brand activations and experiences to global integrated marketing campaigns.Creative Leadership: Inspire, generate, and develop big ideas that are grounded in the intersection of human and product insight. Enable creative work that is channel specific yet deeply integrated across all touchpoints.Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner cross functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and connect the team’s work to business objectives.Operational Rigor: Partner closely with Marketing and Creative Ops to plan team resourcing, build out processes, and prioritization approaches to set the team up for success.QUALIFICATIONS12+ years experience in a combination of agency and industry creative leadership rolesBachelors Degree in relevant fieldMasters Degree Or MBA preferred.

The base pay for this position is $186,300.00 – $372,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
