The Operations and Visual Manager will oversee the execution of key operational and visual processes in the store.This role involves investigating inventory accuracy issues and collaborating with the General Manager to address process gaps.The manager will champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and support sell-through management.Responsibilities include managing the budget and reporting business data to inform planning processes.The position requires leading a team through accountability, coaching, and talent development to achieve performance goals.Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.Strong knowledge of inventory management and labor planning is essential for success in this role.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective team leadership.The candidate should possess an independent work ethic and strong time management skills.Physical capability to handle constant movement in and around the store, including lifting up to 50 pounds, is required.
