This is the new wave of animation — and you can help shape it!The Contract Animation Sourcer will be part of our Series Animation Team and will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent within the animation industry across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority. With proven expertise in sourcing and networking, this personwill be instrumental in building a talented pool of candidates to meet the staffing needs of ourproduction teams.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Recruiter and Associate Recruiter to understand and prepare for short and long-term staffing needs of the studio by understanding the stylistic and direction of projects across Adult Comedy, Adult Genre, Preschool, and Kids & FamilyConduct proactive and strategic sourcing activities to identify and engage potential candidates for all roles from entry-level to senior leadership across all disciplinesUtilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to build a diverse candidate pipelineInitiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized outreach and communication, showcasing our studio's culture and exciting projectsEnsure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and informative responses to inquiries and following up with candidates periodically to support a trusting ongoing relationship and ensure the accuracy of informationAssist in screening and evaluating candidate applications, resumes, and portfolios to identify new talent that aligns with our studio's hiring needsBuild and maintain talent communities with an updated candidate database, by ensuring all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible to the recruiters and Artist ManagementKey Qualifications, Skills, and Person Specification:Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar recruiting role, across a broad spectrum of talent pools, within Animation or an adjacent industry (such as Gaming, VFX, or Production)Quick study with a high degree of curiosity and proactivityDeep passion for animation and an understanding of the production pipeline in areas including development, production, and postKnowledgeable of animation roles in production, story, art, and editorial departmentsExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsProven track record of resilience and positivity in times of change and ambiguityHigh level of professionalism and discretion in all work efforts and interactionsAppreciation for the importance placed on recruiting inclusively and how that should be ingrained in the work of this teamExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates and build strong relationshipsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and pipelines simultaneouslyCompensation: $65 - $75 per hourID#: 1163
