Organize working groups & create process maps
Listen to SMEs & notate process flows using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN)
Depict information value streams and identify areas of waste
Utilize best practice facilitation techniques to engage SMEs/participants
Champion overall continuous improvement mission & spirit
Understand big picture goals, team culture, and become an expert on assigned missions
Infuse Lean & Six Sigma techniques to facilitate process improvements
Communicate strategic improvement ideas and lead priorities set by the busine
