IDR is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. This is a 6 month REMOTE contract role. Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Specialist: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities to ensure alignment with Mayo Clinic's mission and strategic business objectives. Manage complex, cross-functional marketing technology projects from concept through execution, ensuring successful outcomes and measurement of results. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies based on market research, target audience insights, and business needs. Provide expert marketing consultation to internal stakeholders and represent the marketing team on key institutional committees, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.. Requirements for the Senior Marketing Specialist: Masters degree in a related field ( MBA Preferred) w/ 3 years of proffessional experience in marketing, or related field. Strong Academic Performance is required.4+ years of developing marketing campaigns, creating targeted segments and models, Design/Coordinate multichannel, multi-touch campaigns. 4+ years of hands-on experience setting up and configuring reporting systems, such as Adobe, Siteimprove,etc. 3+ years of experience with marketing automation.
