Description:
This project is very cool, working with high quality design group within the Client's digital team. Supportive team and this program is very lean. Operating with a start-up mentality. They would get to work on something brand new.
Will be Working with 1 designer (lead) and the rest of team ( total of 8 other designers), Plus a research team.
Responsibilities:
Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)
Techinical Skills Required:

FIGMA (Design tool)

Production ready designs exp, doing both conceptual and production ready designs.
Education & Experience Required:
Degree or equivalent ( 5+ years' experience in User experience ) or Equivalent, they would need have obtained a UX program specific certification .
Masters degree with 5+ years' experience.
