The Opportunity

Are you passionate about defining delightful interactions and exceptional visual design? The Machine Intelligence & New Technology (MINT) team is looking for an experience designer to join an innovative team of multi-disciplinary designers. We are searching for a designer who thinks holistically and uses a variety of tools to ideate, design, prototype, and evaluate concepts quickly.

What You'll Do

Define and communicate clear strategy and vision in a relatable, inspirational, and simple way to understand.

Reach out and listen to the creative community, reading between the lines to connect friction points to experience solutions.

Find opportunities to build simplicity out of complexity.

Explore design ideas via sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.

Use feedback and research to refine and iterate toward product objectives.

Pair strong communication skills with a user-centered perspective in order to influence and persuade.

Dig in with prototypers, engineers, and researchers to understand the capabilities of new and developing technologies to match user needs.

Partner with key product leaders to bring new products to life.

Collaborate across teams to align on strategy and design patterns.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in design with an emphasis on HCI, graphic design, or a related design field.

Strong prototyping abilities.

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Ability to weave a strong narrative, bringing loose concepts & strategies to life.

Desire to contribute to a fun, tight-knit team.

Love for all things design.
